Job summary

Outdoor Living Supply (OLS) is seeking a hands-on Store Manager for the Stone Center-Duluth location. You will lead daily store operations, drive sales, manage inventory, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

As the leader, you will supervise a team, partner with Regional Leadership and Corporate teams, and ensure safety, SOP compliance, and profitable growth in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in business or related field preferred.
• Experience in retail/wholesale management and leadership.
• Ability to recruit, coach, and motivate teams.
• Strong cross-functional influence and communication.
• Experience with budgets, expenses, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations including sales, service, inventory, and safety.
• Drive sales, gross margin, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Hire, onboard, train, and develop a high-performing team.
• Partner with regional/corporate teams on budgeting and initiatives.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, SOP compliance, and reporting.
