Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own the overall financial performance of the store, including sales, payroll, expenses, profitability, and operational execution.
• Lead execution of product launches, limited-edition releases, and promotional campaigns.
• Champion an exceptional customer experience and promote POP MART's brand and products.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll management, cash handling, inventory control, and store compliance.
