Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager for a busy, multi-million-dollar store in Alabama. You will mentor and coach a team, deliver world-class customer service, and own day-to-day merchandising, operations, and service management tasks to maximize sales and store performance.

You will lead by example, ensuring adherence to Burlington SOPs, manage payroll and scheduling, and build strong partnerships across districts and regions to drive results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting computer software.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule; including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Direct management and oversight of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to ensure implementation of company policies and initiatives.
• Ensure team fulfills responsibilities and drives sales results.
• Partner with merchandising and operations leadership to coordinate merchandise placement, promotions, and inventory accuracy.
• Lead by example as Manager on Duty (MOD) and manage multi-million-dollar sales volume and expenses.
