Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant technical or vocational training preferred.
• Interest in backyard birds or nature is a plus.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and training skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations to meet sales goals.
• Lead and coach sales associates for a high-energy customer experience.
