Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail management and sales experience.
• Interest in backyard birds or nature preferred but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service: greet customers and provide expert advice on bird feeding, birdwatching, and nature products.
• Assist with daily store operations: opening/closing, inventory, merchandising, and keeping the store clean and organized.
• Maintain product knowledge and educate customers on bird feeding practices and conservation.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager and team to achieve store goals and a positive environment.
• Drive sales through engagement, product recommendations, and a smooth checkout process.
• Create attractive product displays to enhance the customer experience.
