Qualifications

• 5–10 years of retail management experience
• Interest in backyard bird feeding hobby or nature
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical duties
• Flexible schedule including weekends

Responsibilities

• Profitably manage day-to-day store operations following best practices.
• Coach and motivate sales associates to meet goals.
• Schedule staff and manage inventory and POS processes.
• Lead marketing planning and community events aligned with store goals.
• Maintain store policies, security, and loss prevention.
