Wild Birds Unlimited of Memphis is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily store operations and deliver exceptional service to bird and nature enthusiasts. You will assist with opening/closing, inventory, merchandising, and staff guidance while promoting a welcoming store atmosphere.

You will share knowledge about bird feeding and conservation, train team members, drive sales, and create attractive displays. Flexible hours, growth opportunities, and benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail management and sales experience.
• We will train you for birding and nature product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and provide expert advice on bird feeding and nature products.
• Assist with daily store operations, opening/closing, inventory, merchandising, and cleanliness.
• Maintain product knowledge and educate customers on best practices and conservation.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and team to achieve store goals and maintain a positive environment.
• Drive sales by engaging with customers and ensuring a seamless checkout.
• Create attractive, informative product displays to enhance the customer experience.
