Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or accredited bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in business, marketing, merchandising, or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience required.
• At least 3 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management/leadership experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and multiunit management as needed.
• Provide best-in-class guest service and greet guests promptly.
• Support store environment, visual and operational elements and promotions.
• Process purchases and returns accurately using POS systems.
• Promote GameStop benefits (trade-in, reservations, Pro Rewards).
• Recruit, interview, hire, develop, and retain associates.
