Par Mar Stores is seeking a Lead Customer Service Associate to support the Store Management Team and ensure smooth shift operations. You will also assist with local store marketing to help reach sales and profit goals while guiding team members through performance and training initiatives.

The role requires leadership, retail experience, and a commitment to customer service excellence. A valid driver’s license and transportation are necessary to fulfill duties at multiple store locations.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver’s license and insured vehicle.

• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
