The TJX Companies, Inc. in Centennial, CO seeks a Store Manager to lead a high-volume store, delivering memorable customer experiences while directing performance and team development.

You will recruit and coach a large team, optimize merchandising, drive sales, manage expenses, and uphold loss prevention. This role requires strong leadership, collaboration, and an inclusive, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail leadership experience (Store or District Manager) in high-volume environments.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop, and motivate a large team.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Outstanding organizational and communication abilities; mentoring and feedback.
• Comprehensive knowledge of store operations including customer service, merchandising, health and safety, and loss prevention.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all aspects of store operations to boost sales, control expenses, and minimize shrink and damages (merchandise presentation, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, receiving).
• Recruit, train, develop, and manage a large team of Associates and Assistant Managers; mentor for promotion readiness.
• Develop and implement plans to increase store sales; advise District Manager on merchandise mix, inventory levels, and customer demographics.
• Focus staff on Loss Prevention priorities and ensure compliance with programs, procedures, and policies.
• Ensure every customer has a positive shopping experience by maintaining high standards in service and presentation; communicate action plans for initiatives.
