Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail experience as Store or District Manager in high-volume environments.
• Proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate a large team with strong interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills, with mentoring and feedback capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of store operations to boost sales, control expenses, and minimize shrink and damages.
• Recruit, train, develop, and manage a large team of associates and assistant managers.
• Develop and implement plans to increase store sales and optimize inventory, pricing, and presentation.
• Focus staff on loss prevention and ensure compliance with company programs and policies.
• Ensure every customer has a positive shopping experience through high standards of service and presentation.
