Job summary

Citi Trends is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead all aspects of store performance, people leadership, and operational execution in a fast-paced retail environment in Cleveland, OH. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales and profitability, and ensure a positive customer experience while coaching a high-performing team.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in store management plus 5–7 years overall retail experience, with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
3–5 years of Store Manager or equivalent retail leadership experience.
5–7 years total retail experience.
Strong communication and people leadership skills.
Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

Lead daily store operations to meet sales goals and customer experience standards.
Recruit, hire, onboard, coach, and manage store associates.
Direct supervision of sales, inventory, cash handling, and customer service.
Maintain staffing levels and provide ongoing coaching.
Ensure merchandising, policies, and loss prevention standards are followed.
Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
