Job summary

adidas is seeking a Store Manager in Denver to lead store operations, service culture, and profitability. You will recruit, onboard, coach, and develop a high-performing team while partnering with HR, talent acquisition and training to meet store goals.

The role requires 18+ months in a sports/fashion retail setting with 12+ months in store management, strong leadership, customer focus, and the ability to drive KPI improvements across the district.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level education in business, retail management or related field.
• Minimum 18 months in sports/fashion retail with at least 12 months in store management.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and development with HR and Retail Training.
• Set expectations, monitor performance, and coach for improvement.
• Develop high-performing culture and drive district-wide store performance.
• Ensure HR policies and retail standards are followed.
• Drive service culture, maximize selling time, and prioritize customer experience.
• Analyze KPIs and profitability, optimize stock availability and store operations.
