You’ll inspire, train, and develop talent, manage merchandise presentation, and maintain a welcoming, inclusive store culture that motivates the team to achieve growth and high performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail store management within specialty retail preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to lead, motivate, and coach store associates.
• Ability to set objectives and organize work to meet goals.
