Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Store Manager to lead a multi-million-dollar store operation in Rialto, CA. You will oversee daily merchandising, operations, and customer service, drive sales, and coach a diverse team to deliver Our Burlington values.

You will manage staffing, payroll, and budgeting, partner with store leaders, and ensure a world-class shopping experience while controlling costs and growing store performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Proven leadership, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct management and oversight of store team to ensure policy adherence and performance.
• Lead merchandise placement, promotions and pricing in coordination with merchandising and operations.
• Oversee inventory processes, receiving, transfers and RTVs for accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty and model Burlington SOPs to drive results.
• Recruit, onboard, coach and develop associates; manage payroll and scheduling.
• Ensure strong communication with district/regional teams and other partners.
