Furniture Fair in Clarksville, IN is seeking a Store Manager to lead the sales team and own store operations, delivering exceptional customer service and driving quotas.

This full-time role offers a generous compensation package from $75,000 to $125,000 annually, 5 days PTO after 90 days and up to 4 weeks, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401K matching.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of TWO years experience in at least TWO of the following areas:
• Design
• Leadership/Management

Responsibilities

• Foster a culture of achievement in the sales team by encouraging reps to hit or exceed their quotas
• Mentor and train sales reps to improve performance, reduce turnover, and provide on-the-job support
• Grow our sales team by recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new salespeople
• Analyze previous sales periods to create accurate forecasts
• Track performance metrics
• Coach and drive sales
• Set personal and team goals/achieve goals
• Foster Teamwork
• Focus on developing full room solutions and encourage in-home style consultations
