Responsibilities

• Co-lead the store retail sales representatives in meeting and exceeding sales goals and metrics.
• Maintain a visible presence on the sales floor and model the selling process.
• Participate in developing and implementing sales plans to drive performance.
• Ensure compliance with store policies, promotions, pricing, and store appearance.
• Use staffing-to-traffic methodologies to properly staff the sales floor.
• Analyze operational and financial reports to determine performance trends and take corrective actions.
• Create an engaging, positive working environment and recognize top performers.
• Serve as the Manager on duty in the absence of the store manager.
• Coordinate training and development activities for staff.
• Audit time-keeping and attendance records for accuracy.
• Lead weekly team meetings and communicate goals.
