Job summary

You will work with the Store Manager to develop and guide retail associates in executing the company’s sales approach and maintaining store operations. You will ensure attainment of guest satisfaction and sales targets, while modeling professionalism and upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal, written and people skills are required.
• Experience in sales and customer service is needed.
• Willingness to work flexible days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead and motivate retail sales associates to meet or exceed sales goals and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, model selling techniques and uphold brand standards.
• Develop and execute sales plans, manage store operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
