Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Hillside, IL. You will manage a single store, hire and guide associates, and drive financial performance while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Our program includes 12+ weeks of leadership training, mentorship, and progression toward a General Manager role after successful training and evaluations. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Able to work opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Aufgaben

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and develop the store team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while upholding Panda standards.
• Participate in leadership training and a GM development path with the goal of eventual promotion to General Manager.
