Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Illinois. As an Assistant Manager you will assist the operation of a single store, hire, supervise and direct associates, and drive toward financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We provide a 3+ week store leadership training program to prepare you for success, plus ongoing mentorship and the Panda community's support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in a 3+ weeks store leadership training program.
