You will help operate a Panda Express store, hire and mentor associates, and drive guest satisfaction while pursuing financial goals. A 3+ week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including openings, closings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store, managing and directing associates to meet goals and guest expectations.
• Hire, train, and supervise team members to deliver exceptional service and results.
• Participate in a multi-week leadership training program to prepare for store leadership.
