Panda Express is seeking leaders to join our store management team in Illinois. You will oversee the operation of a single Panda Express location, hire and direct staff, and drive financial results while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role includes a structured leadership training program and a path toward promotion to General Manager, with ongoing career and leadership development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversees execution of Panda’s standards and guest service expectations to ensure store success.
• Participates in the leadership training path toward General Manager development and future advancement.
