Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store and lead associates to achieve financial goals.
• Hire, train, and direct staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure compliance and drive success through leadership training program.
