Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail/management experience.
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program.
• Computer literacy/proficiency in store operation applications.
• Valid state driver’s license and good driving record — You WILL be driving the company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Sales: Set daily and weekly goals, oversee coworkers’ sales activities, approve rental agreements, monitor revenue and growth.
• Account Management: Oversee collections and leadership training to ensure compliance with procedures.
• Leadership: Manage store profits, assets, inventory, pricing, cash handling and security.
• Coworker Management: Recruit, schedule, train, and retain staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
