Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single store, including hiring, directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. An 8+ week leadership training program is provided.

You must be flexible to move within 50 miles and work opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. We value growth and teamwork across our Panda community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver guest experiences.
• Lead and develop store team; oversee training and performance to ensure standards are met.
• Coordinate an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program to prepare for success.
