Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, coach a team, and ensure a high-quality customer experience. The role emphasizes culture, safety, and performance, with responsibility during GM absence and a focus on developing future leaders.

The position offers a base salary in the mid-to-high range with bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package. Location is Cincinnati, OH, with 45–50 hours per week and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; combination of experience and/or education will be considered.
• 1–3 years of key holder or assistant management experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead all GM responsibilities during their absence to ensure seamless operations.
• Drive revenue growth by coaching team members and optimizing customer interactions.
• Educate customers on wash products, packages, memberships, and promotions to support satisfaction and sales.
• Assist in the selection, development, and retention of outstanding team members.
• Perform payroll tasks, including reviewing and approving hours for all employees.
