Responsibilities

• Gives customers prompt and courteous service adhering to Best In Class standards
• Keeps store appearance aligned with company expectations and standards
• Ensures store is open and ready for business during all hours
• Handles customer conflicts using MAKE IT RIGHT method
• Drives profits to support ESOP and company goals
• Manages expenses and sales to budget and engages in local marketing
• Schedules associates to meet business demands and communicates effectively
• Complies with laws and follows company policies
• Maintains safety, security, and proper cash handling procedures
• Oversees merchandising and inventory to prevent stockouts
• Maintains sanitation and maintenance standards and reports issues promptly
• Ensures training and development for associates and records hours accurately
• Supports HR and security processes and enforces respectful workplace policies
