Job summary

Palm Beach Tan - Boulder is hiring for a store supervisor/manager to lead the team and deliver excellent customer experiences. This role requires interviewing, hiring, and developing staff, creating a positive and respectful environment, and meeting performance metrics.

You will help drive daily sales, manage banking, safety, operations, and compliance while controlling expenses and keeping the store organized.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to motivate others.
• Stand, bend, walk for long periods.
• Lift up to 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, and develop store staff.
• Create a positive, respectful environment for staff and customers.
• Meet self-performance metrics and help staff reach them.
• Analyze daily sales to maximize sales.
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements.
• Control expenses: labor, inventory, maintenance.
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
