Job summary

Palm Beach Tan - Broomfield (East 1st) is seeking a store supervisor to lead daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain a positive, productive environment. The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience, the ability to motivate others, and readiness to stand and move throughout shifts.

You will manage staffing, training, and performance, analyze sales to maximize revenue, and ensure safety, banking, and compliance standards are met.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to effectively motivate others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliability and transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Minimum 35 hours per week.
• Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees.
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers.
• Meet self-performance metrics and help develop employees to meet their metrics.
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales.
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements.
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance.
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked, and organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
