Responsibilities

• Manage customer service outcomes to drive satisfaction and feedback scores
• Maintain a visually appealing, well-stocked store and ensure product knowledge
• Ensure food safety handling training and compliance
• Oversee staff scheduling, performance, and development
• Control inventory, receiving, stocking, and discrepancy resolution
• Operate store software and EPOS systems and back-office tools
• Carry out other duties as assigned
