Job summary

Lids Stores are seeking a dedicated Store Manager to lead daily operations, coach a diverse team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will drive sales strategy, oversee staffing, and ensure store standards, including inventory, merchandising, and performance reporting.

You will champion a collaborative and inclusive work environment while meeting district goals and maintaining high attendance and productivity across shifts.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Proven supervisory skills, with capacity to deliver training material and assess retention.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to perform independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability and willingness to travel overnight for training and/or business meetings.
• Ability to work varying days and hours, based on business needs, and maintain an excellent attendance record.
• Proven managerial skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead store recruitment and onboarding to align with headcount needs.
• Drive selling strategy to achieve KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Direct schedule planning, payroll compliance, and store operations to ensure efficiency.
• Oversee product strategy, merchandising, and inventory integrity across the backroom and floor.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive work environment and ensure training and development of team members.
