Lids is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service across our store. You will oversee hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and payroll compliance while maintaining a safe and engaging team environment.

As part of the leadership team, you will shape product strategy, supervise visual merchandising, manage inventory, and ensure store performance against KPIs in a fan-focused retail setting.
