You will coach the team to reach their potential, ensuring a welcoming environment and seamless omnichannel shopping experience while managing daily operations, payroll, and store performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers and associates.
• Strong people management skills and the ability to develop talent.
• Effective leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to develop strategies and create action plans to drive results.
• Action‑oriented with the ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments.
