Job summary

Aesop is seeking a Store Manager for our new Prudential store in Boston. You will lead a high-performing team with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, achieving sales targets, and upholding Aesop’s unique sensory retail standards.

You will spend significant time on the shop floor coaching staff, shaping commercial plans, and collaborating with Marketing and Visual Merchandising to ensure successful product launches and in-store campaigns.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience leading and motivating a team in a retail or hospitality environment.
• Excellent commercial acumen with ability to define and monitor sales behaviors.
• Strong communication and coaching skills to drive performance.
• Proven ability to recruit, onboard and develop talent.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance and growth by defining quarterly store goals and managing monthly commercial plans.
• Lead the shop floor to coach and develop Retail Consultants, ensuring high standards of customer experience.
• Own customer experience with coaching, feedback, and training based on Voice of the Customer data.
• Participate in Recruit-Select & Onboard processes to ensure alignment with Aesop culture.
• Manage store operations, grooming guidelines, and the sensory retail experience.
