Job summary

Aēsop is seeking a Store Manager in Newport Beach to lead a high-performing team, delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving commercial goals. You will spend most of your time on the shop floor, coaching staff, managing operations, and partnering with the Retail Business Manager and Trainer on development.

The regular schedule runs Tuesday through Saturday, with opening and closing shifts as required.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a customer-facing retail or hospitality environment.
• Strong commercial acumen enabling targets and KPI achievement.
• Ability to coach, give feedback, and build high-performing teams.
• Experience in selling across categories through engaging conversations.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate SMART quarterly goals for store and team.
• Develop monthly commercial plans for each Retail Consultant and track performance.
• Lead daily briefings to align priorities, targets, and updates with the team.
• Act with a merchant mindset to meet and exceed targets and drive campaigns.
• Provide in-store training for new products and drive KPI performance.
