Job summary

Aesop is opening a new signature store in Boston, MA at Prudential Center. We are seeking a Retail Consultant to deliver a luxurious, personalized guest experience through genuine conversations and premium product storytelling.

Join us to drive sales, build relationships, and contribute to a collaborative, growth-oriented team. This role requires flexibility to work 3 days per week, including weekends, and a commitment to excellence in a premium retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-focused retail or hospitality.
• Merchant mindset: customer-focused and commercially driven.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable demonstrations.
• Passion for premium products and Aesop offerings.
• Willingness to work 3 full days per week including at least one weekend day.
• Physical ability to stand, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to store goals by understanding and driving KPIs.
• Creates a personalized SMART monthly plan with Store Manager.
• Uses data and insights to optimize performance.
• Shares ideas to enhance traffic, conversion, and loyalty.
