Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail store management or service-industry experience.
• Hospitality mindset in customer and team interactions.
• Strong people management and talent development abilities.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Technology proficient with POS system expertise.
• Solid business acumen with ability to develop strategies and action plans.
• Organized, able to delegate and prioritize to meet deadlines.
