Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail management experience required; 2 of those years in a Store Manager position.
• Flexible availability—nights, weekends, holidays.
• Demonstrates ownership mindset and strong accountability.

Responsibilities

• Define a clear vision to prioritize a customer-centered culture and drive store results.
• Hire, develop and coach an effective retail team.
• Own the store’s financial performance; manage payroll and schedules; achieve sales goals.
• Lead the team with clear expectations, coaching, and feedback.
• Use store reporting to drive action plans and improve metrics.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment reflecting brand standards.
• Communicate brand priorities to store teams and ensure policy compliance.
