In this role you will drive store performance, hire and coach associates, manage payroll and schedules, and use reporting to improve metrics while maintaining a visually inspiring environment and active community engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail management experience.
• 2+ years in a Store Manager role.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Ownership mindset with accountability.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define a clear vision to prioritize a customer-centered culture and drive results.
• Hire, develop and coach an effective retail team.
• Own store financial performance; manage payroll and schedules; and achieve sales goals.
