LOFT is seeking a Store Manager in Des Peres, MO to lead the customer and associate experiences at Store 0663-West County Mall. You’ll drive profitable store operations, coach a team to deliver exceptional service, maintain visual standards, and promote community partnerships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail store management or service-industry experience.
• Hospitality mindset in customer and team interactions.

• Technology proficient with POS system expertise.
• Solid business acumen with ability to develop strategies and action plans.
• Organized, able to delegate and prioritize to meet deadlines.

You'll bring to the role 2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience (preferred).
