LOFT in Centennial, CO is seeking a Store Manager to lead the customer and associate experience at Store 1850-Streets at Southglenn. You will drive a profitable business by delivering exceptional service, upholding visual standards, and nurturing community partnerships.

You will hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team, oversee opening/closing, use reporting to guide store planning and payroll, and manage day-to-day operations with a guest-first mindset.

Formación

• 2+ years in retail store management or service industry
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers and associates
• Strong people management and talent development
• Effective leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Technology proficient with POS systems
• Strong business acumen and ability to create action plans
