Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials listed in CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in CSR/ASM job descriptions.
• Ability to use computer and analyze reports, inventory control, cash control, counseling notices, etc.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked and well kept per standards.
• Maintain professional image among staff and supervisor.
• Schedule employees within guidelines to maximize service and site image.
• Implement non-discriminatory management practices during hiring, training and counseling.
