Job summary

You will recruit and train staff, manage schedules, monitor inventory, and uphold safety and brand guidelines. Strong English communication and ability to work 50+ hours weekly are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 1 to 2 years of retail work experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff on equipment and store procedures.
• Ability to use computer systems for reporting, inventory, and cash control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises 2+ full-time employees including Assistant Managers and Customer Service Representatives.
• Recruit, hire and train staff to maintain customer service and store standards.
• Manage scheduling, store appearance, stock levels, and safety procedures.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize store profitability.
