Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff on equipment and materials used at the site.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR/ASM functions.
• Strong computer skills for reports, inventory and cash control.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to/from meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train positive, enthusiastic employees, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, organized and well kept.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and supervisor.
• Schedule employees within company guidelines to maximize customer service.
• Implement fair management practices during hiring, training, counseling, motivating and separation.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Promote a safe, positive public image within the community.
• Prepare performance appraisals in writing and provide constructive feedback.
• Train staff on customer service, site image and marketing execution, and safety procedures.
• Ensure timely and accurate communication with all employees and meetings.
• Organize and maintain site files and manuals; supervise reports accuracy.
• Oversee merchandising, display quality and pricing; ensure posters/signs are accessible.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize net profits; monitor margins.
