You will oversee hiring, coaching, scheduling, and supervision of associates, with an 8+ week leadership training program provided to prepare you for success.

This on-site role requires flexibility for opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays, and the ability to relocate within 50 miles if needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, directing and coaching associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide 8+ weeks of store leadership training to prepare you for success.
