Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store and the hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure guest experiences.
• Provide leadership training and support to store team as part of Panda Express leadership program.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive store performance.
