Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service or retail management experience.
• Ability to work at any location in the assigned district or county.

• Ability to manage store operations independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations, staffing, guest experience, product quality, and financial performance.
• Regularly review store environment and key metrics to identify obstacles and opportunities; create action plans.
• Nurture and coach team members for personal and professional growth.
• Provide training to maintain 7 Leaves Cafe standards.
• Drive sales, efficiency, and problem solving to maintain store operations.
• Inspire a team of dedicated individuals to positively impact the community.
• Collaborate with District Managers to achieve results and growth.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
