Job summary

7 Leaves Café is seeking a Store Manager in Cerritos, CA to lead daily operations, people leadership, guest experience, and financial results. This hands-on role requires coaching in real time and holding the team accountable.

You will develop high-performing teams, partner with District Managers, drive sales, ensure product quality and safety, and shape a welcoming culture aligned with our Core Values. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of customer service or retail management, excellent

Have at least 1 year of customer service or retail management experience.

Responsibilities

Manage store operations, staffing, customer satisfaction, product quality, finances, and team development.
Review store environment and key business indicators to identify obstacles and opportunities and create action plans.
Nurture and coach team members for growth in a team setting.
Provide training to maintain 7 Leaves Café standards.
Drive sales, increase efficiency, and solve problems to maintain store operations.
Collaborate with District Managers to drive results and growth.
Perform other duties as assigned.
