Job summary

You will oversee inventory, performance metrics, and health & safety compliance, while ensuring profitability across the district. The position typically runs 40 hours per week with varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; associate degree with certifications considered.
• Experience leading teams in a retail or hospitality setting is valued.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service mindset required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations and open/close procedures.
• Hire, train, supervise, and coach team members; act as point of contact.
• Manage inventory, place orders, and monitor stock levels.
• Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to hit targets.
