Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead all aspects of the Cerritos, CA store's sales and operations.

You will uphold brand standards, drive profitability, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities include training and mentoring associates, monitoring inventory and payroll, and collaborating with the District Sales Manager to implement policies and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Experience in retail footwear or athletic apparel is preferred.
• 3–5 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and meet sales goals.
• Manage store assets and overall store operations.
• Direct and oversee sales efforts in the store.
• Train and mentor sales staff and managers in training.
• Monitor sales statistics, inventory, and expenses.
• Collaborate with District Sales Manager on policies and goals.
• Recruit, hire, train, discipline, and evaluate staff.
• Manage payroll and schedule to meet labor goals.
• Maintain store security and prevent shrink.
• Communicate inventory movement to the District Sales Manager.
• Execute marketing and advertising plans and monitor customer trends.
